1. Domestic Shipping (India)

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days (location dependent)
  • Tracking details are shared once your order is shipped

All products are carefully packed to handle the weight and nature of Kansa (bronze), brass, and copper utensils.


Packaging & Handling

Metalware requires durable packaging to prevent transit damage.

Your order includes:

  • Protective wrapping (bubble / foam)
  • Reinforced outer boxes
  • Secure internal cushioning

This ensures your product reaches you safely without compromising quality.


Damaged Products (Domestic Orders)

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging

2. International Shipping

Shipping Worldwide

We ship globally via reliable partners such as DHL, FedEx, and similar express carriers.

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Actual weight
  • Volumetric (dimensional) weight

(whichever is higher, as per courier standards)


Product Weight vs Shipping Weight

Product pages display item weight.

However, shipping weight includes:

  • Product weight
  • Packaging materials
  • Box dimensions (volumetric weight)

Due to protective packaging, final shipping weight may be higher than product weight.


Optimising Shipping Costs (International Orders)

To make shipping more efficient:

  • Combine multiple items in one order
  • Avoid ordering a single bulky product where possible
  • Mix small and large items for better packing
  • Add lightweight items (like tools or accessories)
  • Review your cart to optimise weight slabs


Shipping Weight Slabs

Shipping is typically calculated in slabs (e.g., ~5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg).

In some cases, adding a small item can optimise overall shipping cost within a slab.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may attract:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Handling charges

These are not included in product or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer as applicable.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
  • Timelines may vary based on location, customs clearance, and courier operations

Damaged Products (International Orders)
